This notice describes how the personal data of those who visit biglietti.calabriamovie.it, the website dedicated to ticket sales for the seventh edition of the Calabria Movie Film Festival, is processed, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data Controllers
The data is processed under joint controllership by Calabria Movie APS, the association that organizes the festival (privacy contact: calabriamovie@calabriamovie.it), and by Dario Enchelli (VAT No. 17300761002), who handles the development and management of the website and the contact collection platform.
2. What data we collect
From the "Stay updated" form: your name (optional) and email, along with the consents given and the date. If you consent to measurement: pseudonymous browsing data (pages viewed, source and UTM campaign parameters, device, approximate geographic area, a pseudonymous visitor identifier). This is first-party measurement: this data is not shared with third-party advertising platforms.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Sending you updates about the festival and tickets by email: based on your consent. Profiling (only with the specific optional consent): analyzing your interests and possibly creating personalized advertising audiences, for example on Meta. Website measurement statistics: based on consent to measurement cookies. Security and abuse prevention on the form: legitimate interest.
4. Purchasing tickets on Tickly
Purchases are made on Tickly (app.tickly.it), an external platform that processes payment data as an autonomous controller in accordance with its own privacy notice. We do not receive payment data or transaction details.
5. Recipients
The data may be processed, as processors, by the technical providers that support us (hosting and the Guacamedia platform for contact management). With consent to profiling, the email may be used to create audiences on advertising platforms (e.g. Meta). The data is not disseminated or sold to third parties.
6. Retention
We retain contact data as long as you remain interested in updates or until you withdraw your consent or request deletion. Statistical data is retained in pseudonymous and aggregated form for the time necessary for analyses.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time by writing to calabriamovie@calabriamovie.it. Every email contains a link to unsubscribe. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
